Content creation fees and content-usage rights are separate unless expressly stated in a written agreement. All campaign scopes specify approved deliverables, timelines, compensation, licensing, and disclosure requirements.
Usage term, channels, and any paid-media, whitelisting, or exclusivity rights are agreed in writing for each campaign.
Where agreed, creators are credited and content is used only within the approved scope.
